Welcome to Legacy Youth Sports Club & Camp. By enrolling in our programs, using our website, or participating in any of our activities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Enrollment

To enroll a child in our programs:

• A parent/guardian must complete registration forms

• All required information must be accurate and up to date

• Any medical conditions or allergies must be disclosed in advance

• Participants must meet program age requirements

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registration at any time.

2. Payment & Fees

• Program fees must be paid in full before participation unless otherwise stated

• Refund and cancellation policies are specified separately

• Missed days due to illness, vacation, or personal reasons are non-refundable

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel:

• Notice must be provided in writing

• Refund eligibility depends on program policy and timing

• No refunds for no-show days or early withdrawal unless related to medical reasons (with documentation)

Legacy Youth Sports Club & Camp reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to low enrollment, emergencies, or facility issues. In such cases, refunds or credits may be provided.

4. Participation Rules

All participants must:

• Show respect toward staff, coaches, and other children

• Follow safety instructions and program rules

• Use equipment responsibly

• Maintain good behavior and sportsmanship

We reserve the right to remove participants from a program due to repeated misconduct or safety concerns. Refunds may not apply in such situations.

5. Health & Safety

• Parents must notify staff of any medical, allergy, or special needs

• Children must be in good health to participate

• In case of emergency, staff may administer first aid or contact emergency services

• Parents consent to emergency medical care if required

6. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
We recommend labeling all belongings and not bringing valuables.

7. Photo & Media Consent

During sessions, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
Parents may opt-out by notifying us in writing before program start.

8. Liability Waiver

By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge:

• Sports and physical activities involve risk

• Legacy Youth Sports Club & Camp, staff, and partners are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses except in cases of negligence

• Parents assume responsibility for their child’s participation

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree:

• To provide accurate information

• Not to engage in harmful or illegal activities

• Not to attempt to access restricted website areas or system data

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

11. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
